If I purchased the wrist bands, would you program them for the events I’ve paid for? Also, can we enter the park more than once a day?

Hi there, Shelly! Welcome back to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and allowing us to answer another excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question for you!

MagicBands are the all-in-one key to unlocking all of your vacation plans! These easy-to-use devices are secure and waterproof, allowing you to travel lighter during all of your adventures. MagicBands work by connecting with sensors called touchpoints. All you need to do is tap your band and you will be on your way to experiencing the magic! Some of the things you can do with your MagicBand include unlocking the door to your Disney Resort hotel room, enter the theme parks and water park, connect Disney PhotoPass images to your account, and charge purchases to your Disney Resort hotel room.

As long as your plans have been made through your My Disney Experience account, they will automatically be connected to your MagicBand! So, if you have made any type of reservations, you should have no problem accessing them with your MagicBand. If you would like to verify that everything is connected, all you need to do is navigate over to the “My MagicBands and Cards” section of your My Disney Experience account. Here, you should be able to see all of your MagicBands listed and whether or not they are currently active. As long as you see your MagicBand on this page, you should be good to go!

I am also happy to report that you should have no problem entering a theme park multiple times a day as long as you have reservations through the Disney Park Pass system! These reservations are for the entire day so you can come and go as you please. My family and I often do this during our own trips so we can get a bit of relaxation in at our Disney Resort hotel before venturing back into the parks for more adventure!

I hope you have a magical time visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can assist with planning in any other way!
