We have purchased the Water Parks & More ticket option for our upcoming trip to WDW, and I'm wondering: without the Park Hopper option, can we spend part of the day at Epcot (or any of the four parks) and the rest of the day at Downtown Disney?

Hi, Lisa! Yes, you certainly can! Downtown Disney doesn't require a ticket of any kind, so enjoying a visit there won't be impacted by what ticket options you have at all. The Park Hopper option is only required when you want to visit more than one of the four Theme Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom) in the same day. So, yes, you can go to any of the Theme Parks (or Water Parks) and then go to Downtown Disney without having the Park Hopper option on your tickets. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
