    we purchased a vac package 4day 3 nights do we pick up our tickets the morning we arrive if so where we have paid for it already and not sure what to do next

    Hi Bobbi! Regardless of the time you arrive, you should head straight to your resort, even if it's early morning! If there is a room available, they will give it to you right away. They will also give your party your Key To The World cards. These cards have your room key, theme park tickets, dining credits if you're on the Disney Dining Plan and charging privileges if you link a credit card to your room. If your room is not ready, you can store your bags and use the resort facilities, including the pools, or head straight to a theme park.
