Since you're already able to view your photos it looks like you know just where to find them via the
My Cruise Line Photos webpage. I just want to be sure that you are signing in and linking the Castaway Club 8-digit ID for the account that was used to purchase the unlimited photo package, and not the Castaway Club ID of another guest in your party.
If you've verified this and the watermark is still appearing on your photos, the next best step would be to contact
Disney Cruise Line by phone for additional assistance. It's possible your photo treasures somehow became ensnared in a little bit of digital fishing net but Cast Members will be more than happy to help you untangle them.
