Hiya Vicki,
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.
I’m sorry your husband can no longer travel to the Disneyland Resort this month. While
theme park tickets are non-refundable (policy on the theme park tickets page), you can save your unused tickets for use at a later date! One-day tickets purchased either through the
Disneyland Resort website or the
Disneyland Mobile App are valid for use through December 30, 2025, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2026, or within 13 days of first use, depending on which comes first. So you have plenty of time to reschedule your upcoming visit, just in time for Disneyland Resort’s 70th Anniversary in 2025!
If you also made
theme park reservations, Hakuna Matata (it means no worries!). You can easily modify or cancel park reservations without impacting your theme park tickets! “It’s our problem-free philosophy!” You can
modify park reservations on the Disneyland Resort website or the Disneyland Mobile App. Simply click on the reservation and select “Modify”. You can review available reservation dates or cancel your selected reservation.
If you have other questions about the Disneyland Resort, remember - you’ve got a friend in me!
