I purchased two park tickets with the hotel. Do I have to go to will call or get them another way?

Hi there Dawn, Welcome to planDisney! Linking tickets means that you are planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! I'm thrilled to assist you with linking your tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

You can link Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets to your My Disney Experience account! First log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, hover over Park Tickets and then click Link Tickets. Follow the prompts to add and assign your ticket. If using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, just open the mobile app, tap the three bars in the bottom right-hand side of the screen, then tap Tickets and Passes. Next tap Link Tickets & Passes and follow the prompts to add and assign your ticket.

Guests can also pick up their ticket cards for Will Call at any of the ticket booth windows located at the entrance of all four theme parks. You can also head to the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs and pick them up there. If any of the adults in your party are using a Florida Resident ticket, they will need to be present to pick those up, as they must provide proof of Florida residency to activate and use their tickets.

I hope this information helps you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Dawn. Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Have a magical day!
