    I purchased two day tickets, I have the Disneyland Confirmation # but whet I hit the "Access your eTickets" button it sends me to a page that reads: "Someone Ate the Page!..."please send me my TICKET #ID so I can link it to my account

    Hi Nancy Liliana and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to visit us with your question about theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort. I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues!

    You can try to link your tickets to your Disneyland Mobile App, because it might be a bit easier. There’s a diagram I often use to figure out where those Ticket ID numbers are. Take a look at it to see if maybe it can help you. 

    If you need further assistance, your best bet is to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636.
