I purchased two day passes last week for two family members who are not unable to go. Is it possible to use those tickets later in the year?

    Howdy Dolly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

Sometimes the clock strikes midnight and plans come to a halt. I’ve been there before, and although it is heartbreaking, I truly believe at Walt Disney World Resort, it's always a “See ya real soon, pal” and not an actual goodbye.

I’m happy to tell you that your Walt Disney World Resort Tickets will retain their value! This means your family members can apply the value towards the purchase of new tickets whenever they choose to visit the Theme Parks. If the tickets are unused, you can do this over the phone by calling Existing Tickets or you can visit any of the Guest Relations locations at the Theme Parks or at Disney Springs. All tickets have an expiration date; regardless of the expiration date, tickets retain their original value and can be applied to the purchase of new tickets.

Dolly, I hope you and your family have the most enchanting vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth when you visit!
