Hiya, Wendi! You must know my friend, Peter Pan! I'm so glad you found the path of pixie dust that Tinker Bell left out for you and followed it here to us at planDisney.
Your trip will be here before you know it and you'll be just in time to experience
The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! There's so much magic to discover around every corner, from the glittering and glowing
Beacons of Magic to the golden statues of
Disney's Fab 50 Character Collection. You're truly in for a special trip!
Wendi, it sounds like you'd like to change one of the
Theme Park Reservations you've made to a new park. I would love to help you with that and thankfully it's easier than trying to find Never Land!
While a Theme Park Reservation can't be modified, it can be canceled and a new park reservation can be booked. Before canceling, I would recommend checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to make sure that the park you wish to visit is available on your preferred date.
When you're ready, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click on
My Plans. Scroll until you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" and look for the park reservation you'd like to change. Next to that park reservation, click on View Details and then click Cancel This Reservation. From here, go back to the
Theme Park Reservation page and make a new reservation for that date. Ta-da! You're one step closer to your magical vacation!
If you have any issues when trying to change your Theme Park Reservation, it's clear that Captain Hook has been involved. When this happens, my best piece of advice is to
reach out to a Cast Member. Sometimes they're able to sprinkle a little pixie dust on the situation, which can make all the difference!
If you haven't already, you'll also want to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app! This app is a little like holding a magic wand in your hand, unlocking everything that
Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. My favorite reasons to use this app while on vacation are to check the wait times for attractions and to
mobile order food. For me, magic is all about minimizing the waits and maximizing the fun!
Wendi, I hope I was able to help you with your park reservations today. If you have any other questions, please visit us again!
Faith, trust and pixie dust -
Michelle
