    I purchased a trip through costco to include a gift card. I just was reading i should have seen and used it in my hotel reservation in the APP i never did that or used it. is there a way to retrieve and use on my next visit or for merchandise

    I'm so sorry to hear you weren't able to use your Disney Gift Card during your recent visit. The good news is that you can use Disney Gift Cards toward purchases online at shopDisney. You can also use your balance to help pay for theme park tickets, Disneyland Resort hotel stays, on merchandise and at restaurants throughout the resort. Those magical dollars will not go to waste!

    For more information about your missing gift card, it may be best to reach out to Costco Travel's Disney partner line at 1-866-232-4208. They will have access to your account and be able to provide you with any elements of your last vacation that may not have shown up when they should have.
