    I purchased travel insurance for our trip to Disney One of our travelers can not come How do I file a reimbursement for her flight

    Hello Kathy!

    I’m sorry one of your group won’t be able to join you on your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you purchased your travel insurance as part of your vacation package, you’ll need to file a claim with the insurance agency.

    Travel insurance made available by Disney is through a company called Aon Affinity. From the Disney Travel Insurance webpage, you’ll find a link to the company. Scroll to the bottom of that page and you’ll find under the option to view policy details, a link to file a claim. Unfortunately, I cannot send you directly to that link but you can also use a search engine to look for the "Aon Travel Claim Website" and you find it that way too. From there you can learn about what documentation you need to file your claim with the insurance company.

    I hope this helps get you started in the right direction and that those going on the trip still have a magical time!
