James from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have purchased tkts to Epcot on June 3rd and Animal Kingdom on the 4th. How can I look them up. I saw them right after I purchased but can not find them now. I can log on but still don't see it.

Welcome to planDisney, James! I'm happy to help you with your theme park ticket question.

Your purchased theme park tickets can be found in the My Plans section of My Disney Experience. To access My Plans, visit disneyworld.com and sign in to your account or open the My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. The My Plans section will have your current park tickets, park reservations, and any hotel or dining reservations.

If you are still having trouble locating your purchased theme park tickets, you can contact the Disney Reservation Center by calling (407) 566-4985 or emailing ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com.

Keep in mind that all Guests ages 3 and older must currently have a park reservation to enter the theme parks. Making park reservations through the Disney Park Pass system is a fairly easy process. There is a "Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com with instructions on how to make a park reservation.

Don't miss the Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival during your visit to Epcot. I love experiencing the beautiful gardens and breathtaking topiaries, live entertainment, and delicious  Outdoor Kitchens. The Disney Parks Blog posted their Foodie Guide to 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, so be sure to take a look.

I hope you have a wonderful time at the Most Magical Place on Earth, James! Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions before your visit this summer.

    Have a magical day!
