Hi all - just purchased tix for MNSSHP - woo hoo! Any guidelines for costumes. i.e. Disney v. non-Disney, etc? Do adults wear costumes? Also, what is weather like late Sept., will it be very hot? Any tips are appreciated.

    Hi Deanna!

Your family is going to love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.  It is one of our favourite special events at Disney.  We have attended the Halloween party a couple of times and both times we were all (adults included) dressed as Disney characters.  Disney is a place where everyone gets to be a kid again so have fun and dress up in any costume that makes you happy.  Many of the adults attending the party are dressed up in costumes.  Choose to be whoever you like.  It can be a Disney character or not.  I have seen some families dress up in costumes with similar themes.  For example, one family was the characters from Toy Story, another was Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.  Some non Disney group costumes I noticed was a family dressed up as bowling pins with the dad dressed as a bowling ball.  Be creative and have fun choosing your costumes!

    Have a magical time!
