Hi Jerri,
Depending on how you purchased theme park tickets, you may already have a theme park reservation. If you bought your tickets directly through the
Disneyland Resort website and were prompted to select a date during the purchase, you already have a reservation. If that is the case, you may quickly confirm your reservation online by visiting
My Reservations and entering your Disneyland Account information.
Suppose you did not purchase your tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, and you don't have a theme park reservation secured. In that case, I recommend checking the
availability calendar periodically, as sometimes reservations do open up when people cancel.
If you are unable to secure a reservation, theme park tickets are
non-refundable. However, you can either use your tickets for a future visit before they expire or after expiration, you can use the tickets toward purchasing new theme park tickets.
Lastly, if you're not able to visit the parks this trip, the
Downtown Disney District is available to Guests and does not require a reservation. I love to shop and eat, so coming to the Downtown Disney District often means a trip to the
World of Disney to shop and
Marcelines Confectionery for a yummy treat.
Good luck, and if you have more questions, please come back to planDisney.
Best wishes,
Lola
