Since you purchased your
theme park tickets through a third-party broker, I think what is happening is that you need to link the ticket numbers, not the confirmation of purchase number, to your Disneyland account. Once your tickets are correctly linked, you'll be able to assign them and make your
Theme Park Reservations.
If this doesn't work, you'll need to speak to a Cast Member. One way to do this is via the
Disneyland Mobile app, where you can directly message a Cast Member through the "Chat with Us" feature for customer support. Sometimes, the Cast Member can send you a form for a name correction. During busier times of the day, it can take upwards of 30 minutes to get a response. Otherwise, give
Disneyland Ticketing a call at (714) 781-4636. You can also revolve this in person at a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth, but I understand that you are concerned about getting those park reservations in a timely manner!

Fantasmic!, will be showing again on the Rivers of America by the time of your trip. I love this classic battle between heroes and villains with lots of fun pyrotechnics thrown in the mix!
