    Hi! I have purchased tickets and stay through Disney but I still don’t see the tickets in the app. Is there something I need to do? Thanks

    Hi there, Marta,

    Thanks for coming back to planDisney with another question. It sounds like your visit is just weeks away and I know you must be so excited!

    Your Vacation Package details should be viewable on your MyDisney Account if you purchased your package directly through the Walt Disney World Resort website. If you purchased through a travel agent or another third-party provider, you'll need to link your reservation details to your account.

    First, head to this reservation and purchase linking page and click the option for "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package." After signing in, you can input the confirmation number and last name associated with your booking. You'll also see an option for "Tickets" if you booked yours separately from your hotel stay. In that case, input the 12-digit Ticket ID Number or the Ticket Order Number listed in your confirmation email in the appropriate fields.

    Once linked, your hotel details and ticket information should appear on your account. You can confirm this by visiting "My Plans" when hovering over the MyDisney Experience menu header. Select the link for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" next to "Daily Itinerary" to view the tickets associated with your booking. You may still need to assign the tickets to the appropriate members of your travel party, so I recommend confirming all this as soon as possible. 

    Once complete, you can also view your ticket information in the My Disney Experience Mobile app. Simply select the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right of the app, and then the tile for "My Tickets & Passes." You can then create a Disney MagicMobile Pass for each guest at your party, which you'll scan at the theme park entrances and Lightning Lane entrances of select attractions with the purchase of Lightning Lane Passes.
