    We had purchased tickets pre Covid-19 and had to cancel our trip from Canada. Loading the tickets onto our app again and can only find the ID numbers for 3 of the 4 tickets we purchased. Help please!

    I am excited to hear that you and your other party members are gearing up to reschedule your travel plans because there is a lot of fun to be had at the Happiest Place on Earth right now. During my last visit, my family and I spent hours exploring Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and even saw Rey, Chewy, Storm Troopers, and Kylo Ren. If you haven’t been back to Disneyland Resort since Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opened, you are in for a treat!

    Just like you, I had to cancel our family vacation to Disneyland Resort in 2020, so I know exactly how you feel. My best advice for you is to connect with a Cast Member via phone at (714) 781-4636. Not only can a Cast Member help you try to locate your missing ticket, but since your tickets likely expired at the end of 2021, they can also assist you with using your expired tickets toward the purchase of new tickets.
