Jamie from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

WE purchased tickets for 3 people to be used in April 2020. Since 2 of us are over 70 and another of us has autism and developmental disabilities, we have not felt safe to use them until this coming March. How do we go about making reservations with them?

Welcome to planDisney, Jamie. Thanks for stopping in with your planning question about the Disneyland Resort.

Those unused theme park tickets can definitely be put to good use during your next vacation, but there are some steps you need to take.

Per Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort Theme Park tickets (except for special event tickets or tickets purchased from a third party), can be applied towards the purchase of a new Theme Park ticket in equal or greater value to what was paid for the original ticket. To get the process started, reach out to a Cast Member with Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. They will be happy to help you!

Jamie, I hope this information is helpful. If you have any more planning questions, you can always come back to see us. It’s our pleasure to help you with your next visit!
