Hello Katerina!
Welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry you are having a bit of a struggle with your tickets. Yes, I have heard that some Guests occasionally have to wait a few days for their tickets to process before they receive confirmation, but I do have a few additional suggestions for you.
First, make sure you are ordering the right type of tickets for your residency. For example, if you are from the United Kingdom, or a resident of the State of Florida, there are special ticket types for those Guests. Make sure your address and settings in your
My Disney Experience Account are correct and match the location of your IP address. If you try to purchase tickets with a residency requirement that doesn’t apply to you, it may cause delays or cancelations.
If that is all correct, I would wait two to three days maximum. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders to see if your confirmation email got lost. If you are still not seeing confirmation of your purchase you should consider calling for assistance. It looks like you may be from Europe, so you may be able to
try these numbers for the Walt Disney World Travel Company. Alternately, try using the chat feature in the website during Florida daytime hours. While the chat feature comes and goes with availability of Cast Members, generally try between 8 AM Eastern Standard Time to 8 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you are on the Walt Disney World website, look to the far right of the screen and you'll see a "Chat" tab. Mine is currently greyed out, meaning chat is not available, (likely because it is a holiday in the US today), but it will turn dark blue when available. Click that to begin a chat. One other option would be to
email for assistance. Here at planDisney, we are Guests just like you, so while I can offer advice, I don’t have access to look at your account as a Cast Member would.
I hope the tickets are already showing in your account, Katerina. But if not, hopefully, one of the above suggestions is helpful.
Wishing you a Magical Day!
- Kate
