    Hi. I purchased tickets online but forgot my license at home. I do have a picture of it on my phone will that be ok to enter the park?

    I'm sorry your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is seeing a rough start. I've been there, realizing a little too late I left my driver's license in the pocket of the pants I wore the day before. I know it can be stressful. 

    Here is the information on what is needed, depending on the type of ticket:

    • If you purchased general admission tickets online, you should be able to see them in the My Disney Experience App. Go to the "≡" at the bottom of the screen and select "My Tickets & Passes." If your tickets are activated and ready, you should be able to get into the parks without needing to show identification; just use your MagicBand+ or add the tickets to your phone's wallet for Disney MagicMobile service.
    • If your ticket type just requires you to pick it up at Will Call, a Cast Member confirmed you can use the credit card you used to purchase the tickets as proof they belong to you.
    • If you purchased tickets that require proof of Florida residency, you will need to show government-issued picture identification to activate these tickets. You can use photos of bills or other proof of address, but your photo identification must be presented in person. Since you are already at Walt Disney World Resort, your best next step is to visit Guest Relations at a park or the Front Desk at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel to ask about options.
