Hello, I purchased tickets but did not get resident rate - not everyone on the ticket would be resident (it would be 2 adults and 1 child). How can I edit this? Thank you!

    Hey there Amanda!

I am so glad that you have purchased your theme park tickets before you Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah down to Walt Disney World Resort.

Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable. If you have a member of your party who qualifies for a Florida resident discount, you may be able to get their ticket converted, but you will need to call the friendly ticketing Cast Members at (407) 566-4985. Please note that the ticket may not be able to be converted into a Florida resident discount as it will depend on the particular situation. You will also want to be sure that those members of your party who qualify for the discount bring their proof of residency along with them. They will need these documents to activate their tickets.

Amanda, hold times have been a little longer than normal so I recommend that you call first thing in the morning for the shortest wait.

    Good luck!
