Heigh-Ho Mark,
I hope by the time you receive my response this finds your Walt Disney World tickets have safely made their journey to your mailbox. However, if not then Hakuna Matata everything will work out. If by the time of your arrival date, to visit
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, they have not arrived, make your way to the Guest Relation/Ticket Counter located outside the entrance to the park. Bring along your confirmation email or the confirmation ticket number as well as the form of payment you used. A Cast Member can easily access your information and assign hard tickets called Keys to the World for you to use to enter the park.
While we at planDisney are not privy to Guest information, for peace of mind if you would like to confirm they have been mailed, you can reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Time because Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume of Guest inquiries.
You are sure to have an exciting time with your family at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. I recommend arriving prior to park opening so you can immediately make your way to
Avatar Flight of Passage and
Na’vi River Journey before lines get too long. Afterward, head over and board
Kilimanjaro Safaris it is best experienced in the morning when all the animals have had a good night’s sleep and are ready to begin their day. And when the rumbly in your tumbly begin put in a
mobile food and beverage order at
Satu’li Canteen for a flavorful adventure.
I hope I have helped with your curiouser and curiouser inquiry and may your upcoming stay be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
