Hi- I purchased tickets for myself and family for the mnsshp. I can see all the tickets but 1, can you help?

    Hi Donna, welcome to planDisney!

You and your family are going to have a frighteningly fun time attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park! Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade is must-see party entertainment. Last year, we had family nap time on our party day so we could make it to the second, later parade. Top Tip: Trick-or-Treat candies make excellent parade snacks.

I understand you purchased Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets for you and your family members. Spooktacular! As part of the purchase process, you were asked to link each ticket to a member of your Family & Friends list. I also understand you do not currently see all of the tickets in your My Disney Experience account. My first tip is to look for your tickets online as well as in the My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the app's homepage --> Tickets and Passes). For whatever reason, I can see one of my Family & Friend's tickets in the app but not online. If all of your tickets appear in either place, consider that confirmation that all tickets are appropriately linked.

If your missing ticket is not visible online or in your My Disney Experience mobile app, Donna, consider how you are linked to the owner of the missing ticket in My Disney Experience. If that person's name appears with the words "Plans managed by me" on your Family & Friends list, you manage their My Disney Experience account profile and their ticket should be visible in your account. If the ticket owner has their own My Disney Experience account, personal account settings may prevent you from seeing their ticket in your account, even though you were the one that purchased it. As long as the ticket is visible to the account holder in their account, it is properly linked.

If the ticket is not visible to you or the account holder, Donna, try using the confirmation number in your confirmation email to link the purchase. If you're still having trouble, a helpful Cast Member at the My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ number will be able to assist you.

I hope these troubleshooting tips help your missing ticket materialize, Donna. Please stop by planDisney with any other trip-planning questions.

    Choose magic,
    Jennifer
