Welcome to planDisney, Claudia! Thanks for stopping by with your question for the Panel.
I'll be happy to help you with your theme park reservations. As of today, there is limited theme park availability for the week of June 21st. You can view the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar on disneyworld.com to see the current availability for all four theme parks.
Your current theme park tickets should be listed on the
My Plans page of
My Disney Experience. To access the My Plans page, sign in to your account on disneyworld.com or open the
My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. If you do not see the military tickets you purchased listed here, you will need to verify that your tickets are linked to your account. To do so, please visit the
Link Reservations and Tickets page.
After your tickets are linked and you see them on the My Plans page, you can make your theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system. As a reminder, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a theme park reservation, along with valid park admission for the same park on the same date. Watch the
"Know Before You Go" video on disneyworld.com or follow the steps below to make your reservations.
- Sign in to your Disney account on the My Disney Experience app.
- Select all members of your party from your family and friends list.
- Select the date you wish to visit, the park you want to visit, and the time you will arrive.
- Review your reservation details and confirm.
If you continue having trouble making your park reservations, please contact the
Disney Reservation Center for further assistance. To speak with a Cast Member, call (407) 566-4985. Please be aware that the call volume may be high, however, a Cast Member will help you as soon as they can.
Claudia, please let the Panel know if we can assist you with any other questions as you continue planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Have a magical day!
Bob
