We have purchased tickets for Mickey's not so scary halloween party. We will not be at the park earlier that day. How early are we allowed to arrive that afternoon/evening with just the party tickets? Thank you!

    Hi, Monica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Great question! I have personally attended Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party several times -- it's my favorite special event at Walt Disney World Resort! Typically, Guests holding Halloween Party tickets have been permitted to enter Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM (which is 3 hours prior to the official start of the event). The early entry enables Disney Cast Members to better control the incoming flow of Halloween Party ticket holders and has the added benefit of giving Guests (who do not have regular admission to Magic Kingdom that day) several extra hours to enjoy the park before the Party kicks off at 7:00 PM.

Consider dressing up in costumes for the Halloween Party. It's a great way to get in the "spirit" of the evening! Also, be sure to snag a spot to view Mickey's "Boo to You" Halloween Parade well in advance (at least 30-45 minutes) so you don't miss the ride of the Headless Horseman!

Here's another tip: Try to grab a counter service meal for dinner before the Party begins so you won't miss any of the special live entertainment or character meet-and-greets that are offered exclusively during the Halloween Party. The five hours of the Party go by quickly and there's a lot to see and do!

Wishing you a frightfully fun evening at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
