Season’s greetings, Erin.
Welcome to planDisney! Do you hear those sleigh bells jingling? It’s the sound of Santa Claus and some extra-special Cast Members gearing up to make the holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort
the most merriest of all this year. You’d better get ready, because no one decks the halls quite like Disney!
I am beyond excited to hear you will be attending
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party during your trip. This is hands-down my favorite event of the entire year, so I can’t wait for you to experience it for yourself! Keep an eye out on the
Disney Parks Blog as the holiday season approaches for more details on party specifics. You’ll want to check out the event guide ahead of time to map out your evening and make the most of your experience. I’ve found that waiting until the second
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade performance is best for viewing since there seems to be less of a crowd.
Erin, Guests with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets can enter Magic Kingdom park as early as 4:00 PM on the date of their event ticket. This means you are more than welcome to make a dining reservation for dinner that day, as long as the reservation is after 4:00 p.m. I suggest booking your reservation around 4:15 p.m. to give yourself time to experience attractions before the event starts at 7:00 p.m. and to build up an appetite for all of those sweet treats and goodies you’ll have to look forward to during the event itself.
There’s nothing better than being at The Most Magical Place on Earth during
the most magical time of year, Erin. I hope you enjoy every holly jolly second! If you have any more questions before your trip, don’t leave them all wrapped up and tied with a bow. Stop back by planDisney and
let me know!
Merry planning,
Alyssa
