    I purchased 5 tickets for the Magic Kingdom and I have a reservation for Sunday, March 20th but I cannot access all 5 tickets. It says that each person needs a pass card but I cannot find where to access them. Do I obtain them when we arrive on March 20t

    Hello Stehle, and welcome to planDisney!

    I'm glad to hear you have already purchased your theme park admission and made Disney Park Pass reservations for your upcoming visit.  You are almost there!  Everyone will need a physical way to access their admission.  There are basically 3 ways to do this:

    • A ticket card.  A ticket card can be picked up at Guest Relations at any theme park, or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs.  Be sure to have your purchase confirmation information and photo ID, as well as the credit card used to purchase your tickets.  
    • A MagicBand.  MagicBands are available for purchase at many merchandise locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.  Follow instructions on the packaging to link a MagicBand to a Guest profile.  Once linked, the MagicBand will automagically link to the admission in that Guest's profile.
    • Create a Disney MagicMobile pass.  A Disney MagicMobile pass can be created through the My Disney Experience Mobile app using the menu button in the lower right corner.  You'll be able to create a Disney MagicMobile pass for each profile you manage in your account and save the passes to your digital wallet.  To access each Guest's admission, you can swipe through the passes in your wallet.  If a Guest has their own My Disney Experience account, they should create a Disney MagicMobile pass for themselves in their account.
