I purchased my tickets and made my reservations on the Disney World App via my plans. What do I need to use for verification to enter the parks?

Hi there, Arlene! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We are so excited that you’ve taken the time to reach out and allow us to help you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

As Guests are invited back to Walt Disney World Resort to experience all of the magic they know and love, there have been a few changes you may want to keep in mind! Some changes you may see during future visits include enhanced cleaning procedures across the property, temporary adjustments to promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact.

Another important alteration is the need for all Guests to have reservations before visiting any of the four theme parks! Theme park reservations may be made through the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you have purchased theme park tickets and connected them to your My Disney Experience app. It is also recommended that you check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar prior to purchasing tickets just to verify availability during your chosen travel dates!

Once you have made your theme park reservations, you won’t need any special verification upon entering the parks! Your theme park reservations are actually connected directly to your theme park tickets so, once you scan your tickets, the Cast Member assisting you will be able to see if you have a theme park reservation or not.

All of that being said, you may use an admission card, MagicBand, or the all-new Disney MagicMobile service to scan into the theme parks! With the Disney MagicMobile Service, Guests have access to all the features of a MagicBand right from their smart device! All you will need to do is create your Disney MagicMobile pass through the My Disney Experience app and upload it onto the digital wallet app of your smart device. From there, you can just scan your smart device at any access point and you will be good to go!

I hope you have a practically perfect visit to Walt Disney World Resort next month! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
