Hello Clare!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Typically, Guests do receive an email confirmation of their
Disney Park Pass Reservations. So the first thing to check is to see if your email perhaps went to your spam or junk box. If you still don’t see it, or even if you do, you can always double-check your Disney Park Pass Reservations in
My Disney Experience!
On a desktop computer, sign in to your account and choose “My Plans.” then scroll down where you’ll see your travel party, then your Disney Resort Collection reservation, and under the correct day, you should see your Disney Park Pass Reservations.
On the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, choose the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner. Then select “Future Plans.” Make sure you have the most up-to-date version of the Mobile App as this is a new option. Once you select this you’ll see your plans for your upcoming visit and your Disney Park Pass Reservations! If you aren’t seeing them, then perhaps Stitch caused a glitch? I would attempt to make new Disney Park Pass Reservations, and then double-check that you see them in your plans. Since you’ll be going at a very popular time of year, I would make sure to do this right away, as it is likely Park Pass Reservations will fill up for some parks.
Since you'll be visiting around
the holidays, be sure to leave time on your trip to enjoy some of the many special treats and events throughout the parks and resorts. You'll find soaring Christmas trees, lights and baubles, wreathes, and holiday goodies around every corner. One of my favorites is the
Candlelight Processional at Epcot. Complete with a huge choir and a celebrity narrator, you'll celebrate the Christmas story through word and song. It is not to be missed!
I hope this helps, Claire! If you are still having difficulties, thefriendly Cast Members at tech support can fix most issues.
Give them a call if needed. Wishing you a magical holiday visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
