I have purchased tickets and made a reservation but cannot find the actual tickets to get the ticket ID/code. The tickets are showing in my App as well as my online account but I have no actual tickets with barcodes.

    Welcome to planDisney, Brya!

Thanks for stopping by with your question for us today.

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is around the corner and I hope you’re getting ready to enter a world of fantasy and magic! Be sure to head on over to EPCOT, as my favorite festival is in full bloom: Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! With delectable delights from the Outdoor Kitchens and the stunning topiaries, it’s no wonder why I'm wild(flower) about it!

Brya, I’m so glad you can view your Theme Park tickets on your My Disney Experience account because that means they’ve been linked properly. If you would like to get the physical tickets, that would have to be when you arrive on property and can pick them up from the Theme Park windows which are located in each Theme Park. You can also head to Guest Relations at Disney Springs if you’d like to pick up the tickets earlier. However, if you have recent MagicBands that you’ve used on previous trips, then you wouldn't have to collect the physical tickets at all because the MagicBands will still work!

You’re ahead of the game since you’ve already made your Disney Park Pass reservations. Speaking of reservations, I hope you’ve also made some Advanced Dining Reservations, as trying all the delicious food is at the top of my Must-Do list while visiting Walt Disney World Resort!

Brya, I hope you have the most enchanting time!
