I’m so sorry that you have had to wait so long. I’ve been right where you are. The best thing to do is start calling (407) 939-5277 starting at 7 a.m., when they start accepting calls from guests. I had to change a few things with my tickets back in April, for a trip in May and I waited a little while to get things resolved. But I did get them resolved and you will too!

Florida Resident Summer Fun Tickets are a super great value for us Florida Residents. They are an awesome way for all of us to enjoy the theme parks with our families, right before school starts again. Along with that offer, don’t forget to take a look at the Special Offers for stays at hotels within the
Disney Resorts Collection. You never know when an offer might coincide with your dates! You can also add an offer to an existing reservation.
