    We purchased tickets last year but was unable to enjoy the park due to COVID19. We would like to change our plans and purchase a package that gives us food options, a hotel with monorail and some special experiences for the kids. How do we change our plans

    Welcome to planDisney, let me introduce ourselves. We are a panel of Guests with loads of traveling experience and knowledge between us, which we love to share with our fellow Guests. Between all of us, we have traveled to Walt Disney World more times than can be counted or as Buzz says, “To Infinity and Beyond.”

    I am sorry to hEAR your travel plans were affected by COVID but Happy to report some good news for you and even more THRILLED you are ready to return to The Most Magical Place On Earth. Your Wish is one that I feel can easily be granted. As stated on the Know Before You Go page under Theme Parks and Tickets: Modifications, Cancellations and Refunds, it states if you had tickets impacted by the closure with date-specific theme park tickets purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020, or later the tickets will be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. Those that are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, may apply the value towards the purchase of a ticket at a later date. I recommend calling (407) 939-1936, where a Cast Member will act as your Fairy Godmother and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo assist you with your request to book a Walt Disney World vacation and use the value of your tickets towards this request. 

    October 1, 2021, is the start of Walt Disney World’s Most Magical Celebration and plans to be an epic time for Guests to visit. From the glimmer and shimmer of Earidescent decor adorning the parks to the special celebrations happening at all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks the Disney Parks Blog will keep you updated on all the exciting celebratory moments around the Walt Disney World Resort.
