Pamela, it sounds like it could be an issue where your husband's ticket might not have been assigned to him properly. You can check this by logging into your account online, hovering your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab, and clicking
My Plans. Scroll past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle to Tickets & Memory Maker. Check to make sure that you can view both tickets and that they're assigned to the correct Guests in your travel party!
If not, you'll want to make sure that you assign the ticket to your husband. It can help if he has created his own
My Disney Experience account and if you're connected through your
Family & Friends List! I've found that having my travel party listed under my Family & Friends List makes planning easy and efficient, especially when making dining reservations or choosing rides and attractions.
If the tickets look like they're assigned to you and your husband but you still aren't able to make theme park reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system, my best next piece of advice would be to call one of the wonderful Cast Members! They will be happy to take a peek at your reservations, tickets, and travel party and may be able to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on the situation. I've found that they're able to stretch their magic wands just a bit farther to make sure everything is linked and ready to go! If you do decide to
call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling right when phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can sometimes be in high demand.
Once you've made sure that your tickets are assigned and you've made your theme park reservations, a great next step would be to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app! This will help you to unlock everything that The Most Magical Place on Earth has to offer during your trip. My favorite reasons to use this app are to check wait times for attractions and to
mobile order food. I love knowing that my snacks will be ready for me without having to wait in a long line!
