If I purchased tickets in 2016 and haven't used them are they still valid or have they expired?

    Hi Kenyan,

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your important question! I'm happy to let you know that if your tickets are unused and haven't expired, Walt Disney World will honor them and you'll be able to enjoy visiting the most magical place on earth!

Most tickets purchased prior to February of 2017 did not have an expiration date, so hopefully yours don't! If you haven't already, check the back and see if there is an expiration date. Also, if you have them linked to your My Disney Experience account, you'll be able to check under "My Reservations and Tickets" to see if they show an expiration date there. Lastly, if you need additional help finding out if your tickets have expired, you may call (407) 939-1289 or visit Guest Relations when you arrive, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you.

With the Incredible Summer going on now, Toy Story Land opening soon, and lots of fun special events coming this fall like the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, I hope that you will be able to use your previously purchased tickets and enjoy some magic and fun! Please let us know if you have any other questions, Kenyan, and have a truly magical vacation!
