¡Hola Carlo!
Welcome to planDisney! I'm glad to see that you have purchased
park tickets for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! Knowing that you have your park tickets is crossing one more thing off your to-do list!
Carlo, I am sorry to hear that although you have your tickets booked, your park of choice is not available for reservation. There are a few workarounds that can help you get back on track in planning your fabulous stay. One option is to move your ticket to dates within your vacation time where the
Magic Kingdom park has reservation availability. You can check the
Disney Park Pass reservation calendar for up-to-date theme park availability. If there are no Magic Kingdom dates available, and you have purchased a park hopper, you can select another park to begin the day, and then hop to Magic Kingdom in the afternoon, after 2 p.m. The
Disney Parks Pass system offers different park availability if you are staying on property at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Be sure to toggle this option when looking at the theme park availability calendar. If you continue to have difficulty changing the date, or with any other aspect of your stay, please reach out to a Cast Member at
Guest Services, who can assist you in making the necessary changes.
Carlo, did you know you can ask us questions in Spanish! Yep, you can!! Reach out to some of our awesome Spanish panelists at
planDisney en Español!
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
