    I purchased tickets for a gift and had the confirmation sent directly to their email address. They either never got the email or lost it. Since is was a gift it's not listed on my account. How do I recover the confirmation number?

    Hi Marjorie and welcome to planDisney! I’m so sorry to hear about this gifting dilemma! Thanks for sending us your question. 

    I suggest calling the Walt Disney World Resort directly at (407) 939-5277 as soon as the customer service line opens up. I would say, start calling by 7:30 a.m., and make sure to have the email address you sent the theme park tickets to and the credit card you used to make your purchase. 

    Cast Members have helped me with so many things over the years. I am sure they will find a solution to this problem.
