Hey there, Cheryl! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. We're happy you're here!
I'm so excited to hear that you're planning a big family vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort! I can't think of a better place to make memories together that will last a lifetime. Between the
nighttime spectaculars,
delicious dining, and
thrilling attractions, you're sure to find magic around every corner! But before we can get you standing in front of
Cinderella Castle, let's talk about your park tickets.
Cheryl, each Guest in your travel party should have a ticket assigned to them. If you reassigned all of the tickets under your daughter's name, she'll want to assign them to the other family members in her travel party. This can possibly be done by logging into her account, hovering her mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, then clicking
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and click Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Here, she should be able to see the tickets assigned to her and reassign them, if needed. If you run into any issues with these steps, you (or your daughter) can always
call a friendly Cast Member! They'll be happy to take a peek at your account and make sure that everyone is good to go before you arrive.
However, you might have meant that you decided to share planning with your daughter! You can do this by logging into your account online, hovering your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and clicking
My Family & Friends. If you see the words "Plans managed by me" next to your daughter's name, you can click "Update," then "Share Planning with..." Enter the email address associated with her My Disney Experience account, which will allow her to view and co-manage her plans!
I hope I was able to help you today, Cheryl! If you have any other questions, or if I have misunderstood your question, please write to us again. You've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
Michelle
