Hi Adam,
I'm sure you've heard this many times before, but your wife is
absolutely right! Such a wise princess you married!
Under the phased reopening, it's not enough to simply have a valid theme park ticket to enter a park. Due to capacity limitations, Guests are also required to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for one specific park. That lets Disney know you're planning to visit that park on that day so that they can plan accordingly and make sure they follow all of the health and safety guidelines to allow for physical distancing within the parks. It does require that you take a second step and actually make the reservations, so I'm wishing on a star that you followed your wife's sage advice and secured your place in EPCOT on your preferred date. If so, you should see your reservation show up in your My Disney Experience account - either by clicking the three horizontal bars in the
My Disney Experience mobile app and selecting "My Plans" or in the
My Plans section online. If not, I'm afraid the
availability calendar is not currently showing any theme park availability for March 19th. While you'd be able to apply the value of your current tickets towards new ones for another day, you won't be able to visit EPCOT or unfortunately any other theme park that day unless availability opens up between now and then.
I'm sending lots of pixie dust that your plans will work out exactly as you hoped! If not and you need help modifying your tickets or adjusting your plans, please feel free to
contact a friendly Cast Member for assistance. Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Adam, and please come see us again if you have any other Disney-planning questions. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
