Hi Terranesha,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your Walt Disney World Resort question! We like to say Hakuna Matata, which means no worries, so let's see what we can do to help you
modify your theme park ticket.
Typically, you can apply the value of a wholly unused
expired Walt Disney World theme park ticket to the purchase of a new theme park ticket. Since your ticket is expired and it sounds like you are having a bit of trouble making the change online, I suggest that you
call a Cast Member at the Existing Tickets phone line who will be happy to help you.
There are some things to keep in mind as you modify your ticket, Terranesha. If the new ticket costs more than your existing ticket, you will need to pay the difference. If the new ticket is less, you will not be refunded the difference. Also, your ability to modify your ticket will depend on Theme Park availability, so I encourage you to make that call sooner rather than later!
I hope it all works out for you, Terranesha!
Disney's Hollywood Studios is so spectacular during the
holidays. I love walking around and taking in all the vintage decorations and the festive vibe. All this holiday revelry will still be in full swing when you arrive! Be sure to catch
Sunset Seasons Greetings when the Hollywood Tower Hotel is transformed into a merry masterpiece. During the show, I like to sip on a special holiday Candy Cane Milk Shake from
Hollywood Scoops. I highly recommend it!
I hope this information helps you with your ticket. Please let us know if you have other questions; we are here for you!
Wishing you magical memories,
Shannon
