I'm sorry you're having trouble with your
theme park tickets, let's take a closer look and hopefully get this straightened out for you. It is possible that they need to be linked to your Disney account. After you sign-in, you can click "My Disneyland" in the top-right hand corner of the navigation bar, and then select
"Link Tickets." You are then able to enter in the ticket number from your confirmation email. You can also do this in the
Disneyland app as well.
If you recently purchased your theme park tickets, most likely they have not expired yet! If for some reason they did expire, as long as they are wholly unused, you should be able to apply the value of the expired ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or greater value. My recommendation would be to call the
Tickets Guest Services line to ask a Cast Member for assistance if you're still having trouble.
It looks like you'll be visiting during one of my favorite celebrations, the
Lunar New Year celebration at
Disney California Adventure Park! There are a ton of activities and entertainment to explore during this special celebration, but my favorite way to experience Lunar New Year is by visiting all of the delicious
Lunar New Year Marketplaces to try as many dishes as possible!
