Bibbidy-Bobbidi-Boo, Judi!
I am so glad that you brought your question here to
planDisney, where we love helping Guests make their Disney vacation dreams come true. I wish that like the Fairy Godmother, I could wave a magic wand and present you with the theme park reservations your heart desires! I suppose we will have to settle for me walking you through the new
theme park reservation system.
Upon the reopening of
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park, theme park capacity will be significantly limited to comply with governmental requirements and promote physical distancing. Park attendance is managed through a new
theme park reservation system that will require all Guests to obtain a park reservation for park entry in advance. At this time, only California residents may visit the parks, and proof of residency may be required.
The system may have been overwhelmed while you were trying to make your theme park reservations. I highly recommend that you continue to go to the
Theme Park Reservation page to make those theme park reservations. Be sure that your theme park tickets are linked to your Disney account and that the address in your account reflects your California residence. If you are concerned about availability, you can check the
Theme Park Reservations Availability calendar to ensure the dates you plan to visit are available.
I hope this information sprinkles the pixie dust you need to get your theme park reservations booked! Have a magical time in
Disneyland, and please stop back by any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
