Hi there, Becky! It's great to see a fellow resident of the Keystone State here at planDisney!
Even though you chose the Will Call option for your theme park tickets, you should still be able to link them to your
My Disney Experience account. Hopefully, you received an email with a Will Call
Confirmation Number, and it should contain all the tickets you purchased. Under your account's 'My Plans' section, locate the Park Tickets button and hover your cursor over that button to reveal the Link Tickets button. You will assign each ticket to a guest on your account using that confirmation number during the linking process. If you have any issues along the way, reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-5277. I find that the wait times are lower if I call when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST.
Once you get your tickets linked, you'll want to make your
Disney Park Pass Reservations to visit the theme parks. I also recommend checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar to ensure your desired dates and parks are available.
Another suggestion for you, Becky, is to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass through the
My Disney Experience app and then add it to your phone's digital wallet. Just open your app, and then, you'll see three lines on the bottom right of your screen. You'll then click "Disney MagicMobile," and it will walk you through the setup. MagicMobile works like a digital MagicBand; you can simply tap your phone near the theme park touchpoints to gain entry. Setting this up in advance may be a convenient option for you instead of having to pick up your tickets from a Guest Relations location.
I hope this helps, Becky! I know your trip is coming up in a few short days...if there's anything else we can do for you, don't hesitate to write back. Have a magical vacation!
Sincerely,
Eean
