I purchased tickets that are date specific but I added days to my resort stay and need to modify the tickets date so I can schedule my park dates. I've been on hold for over 4 hrs on different days

    Welcome to planDisney, Freddie!

If you are anything like me, as much as I love listening to classic Disney hits, I just do not have the time in my day to sit and wait on hold.

Luckily, you have come to the right place and I can walk you through how to quickly, and easily, make updates to your theme park tickets so that you may make your all-important Disney Park Pass system reservations

The first thing that you will want to do is to log into your My Disney Experience Account. For changing ticket dates, I find that doing this on my computer is much easier than attempting it on my phone.

Next, hover over your avatar next to where you see "My Disney Experience" on the upper right of your screen. You will see a drop-down menu appear, and you will then want to click "My Plans."

On this screen, you will see the list of people in your planning party. When you keep scrolling you will see your resort reservation. Above your resort reservation, there should be a blue button that says "Tickets & Memory Maker." Click the blue button.

Beneath each ticket, you will see a button that says "Change Ticket." Here you will be able to update your dates or even add the Park Hopper Option!

If you do not see the blue "Change Ticket" button then you will need to call. I have found that the easiest way to get through quickly is to call right at 7:00 Eastern Time, if not a little before.

Good luck, Freddie! And please come back here if we can help answer any other questions for you!

    See you real soon!
