I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having issues making your
Disney Park Pass Reservations. I find that it is sometimes easier to use a computer or internet browser instead of the My Disney Experience app to make reservations. You can also try updating your My Disney Experience app before trying again to see if that helps.
If you have more than one
My Disney Experience account or are planning your visit with another group who may have access to your plans, just make sure you’re logged on to the account where your theme park tickets are linked. It can sometimes be confusing when you’re planning for a bigger group. Passwords and logins can be forgotten and reset often. I know I have forgotten my password more than a few times! My sister and I have also gotten confused with the accounts when we plan our trips together. It happens and can be easily resolved.
If you still aren’t able to make your reservations, you can call the resort at +1 (407) 827-7144 to speak to a Cast Member. If you have more than a few months before your visit, you can also
send an email for more assistance. Sometimes Cast Members are able to help us with glitches that we can’t resolve on our own.
