    I purchased tickets but had to cancel reservation and now need to re-book, I cannot find the numbers to link for rebooking a reservation, how can I get that info?

    Welcome to planDisney and we appreciate you bringing your question to us here. I'm sorry to hear that your original plans to visit the Disneyland Resort did not work out and that you were "unavoidably detained by pesky spirits." I certainly hope that you will be able to visit sometime in the near future! 

    If you are unable to locate your ticket ID numbers and they are unlinked for some reason, here are a few places you could look:

    • Locate the original Confirmation email from Disneyland Reservations. Your Ticket Confirmation Number is listed in the body of that message.
    • Log into your Disneyland account, then select "Ticket and Reservation Details" under the drop-down menu under My Disneyland. Select "Make Park Reservations" and you should see your tickets listed and you can rebook your reservations from there.
    • Open the Disneyland Mobile App and select "Tickets and Passes." You should see the tickets linked to your account and the corresponding number below the bar code. 
    • If you feel that you need to speak with a Cast Member, please call Disneyland Ticket Services at the listed number and someone would be happy to help you out.

    If you were able to cancel your reservations, I suspect that your tickets are already linked to your account. Once you click "Make Park Reservations," you should see them. I hope you are able to reschedule your visit soon because there's so much going on this year at the Disneyland Resort, which is the heart of the Disney100 Celebration! And Mickey's Toontown is set to re-open along with a brand new attraction, Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway!
