Hi! I purchased tickets in 2020 and just booked my trip for March of 2022. I want to update my tickets and select the parks we plan to go to. Can you help me with this?

    Welcome to planDisney, Stacy!

I had to cancel a few Walt Disney World Resort vacations in 2020, so I completely understand the disappointment of pressing that big cancel button. But I am thrilled to hear that you are coming back to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Stacy, once you log into your My Disney Experience Account, hover over the blue logo on the top right of your screen and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. Below your list of Family & Friends, you will see a button to select "Tickets & Memory Maker." Once you click on this, you will see your old tickets that have been linked to your account.

If a blue button to the right of your ticket says "Change Ticket" you will easily be able to update your tickets for the new dates online. If there is no "Change Ticket" option, or if you do not see your tickets at all, you will need to call the friendly ticketing Cast Members at (407) 934-7639 and they will be able to help you out.

I hope that this helped, Stacy. Please come back here if we can help you figure out where to play, stay, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort.

    See you real soon!
