I’m sorry you’re having trouble booking your
theme park reservation with the
theme park tickets you purchased. You should have received an email from Get Away Today that includes a PDF attachment after completing your online purchase from this third-party vendor. Look for the 19-digit ticket number in the top right corner of the attachment located under the barcode. There will be a different 19-digit number for all the tickets you purchased. This is what you should enter to link each ticket to your MyDisney account.
Before attempting to book your theme park reservation, you may want to make sure that your internet connection is strong and that you've updated your web browser to the most recent version available. If you happen to be using Internet Explorer, it’s best to switch to a different browser so all of the Disneyland Resort web pages can function properly. If you’re still having difficulty after trying these suggestions, please feel free to reach out for help from a Cast Member with troubleshooting your tickets.
