Hi there I recently bought tickets for June 27 and it let me purchase it but when I went to my disney planner it shows not able due to limit reach does that mean I can't go on June 27

Hi there, David! Thanks so much for reaching out to planDisney. We love it when we have the opportunity to share some answers to help you plan your family's magical adventure to Disneyland Resort.

I'm glad you already know about purchasing your tickets and securing your theme park reservations prior to your visit. Those are two very important steps in planning for your trip. Generally, if you've purchased your ticket on the official Disneyland Resort website, you likely already made your theme park reservation during the ticket purchase process. For this reason, if you were to go back in and attempt to make another set of reservations for the same date, it would give you an error since you already have confirmed reservations on your chosen day. The good news is that you'll be able to verify this by logging into your MyDisney account and selecting "My Plans" which will display any existing theme park reservations linked to your account. If you see your original intended date(s) for each member of your travel party, then you should be good to go! If you haven't yet linked your tickets, you can do so online or in the Disneyland mobile app. I suggest doing this for all the Guests in your party so that you can

If you still have trouble locating your park reservations, you may need to use the Ticket and Reservation Details page and select the option for Guests who already have a purchased ticket. Then, simply follow the steps to secure a new set of park reservations for your chosen visit dates. You can also call Guest Services using the Tickets line and speak with a friendly Cast Member who can help you navigate the park reservation process.

I hope this is a helpful set of strategies, David. If we can assist with any other recommendations, I hope you'll feel welcome to reach out to planDisney again. Since your visit is taking place this summer during Pixar Fest, I'll leave this Disney Eats Foodie Guide to the festival for you. There are so many treats and special seasonal offerings to enjoy!

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
