    I purchased tickets, but when I attempted to make a reservation, I received an error stating "unable to make a theme park reservation. This pass has reached its theme park reservations limit". What do I do?

    Welcome to the rootinest tootinest planDisney panel! We’re so happy to be your partners today! I hope you’re ready to round up your posse for your next adventure to The Happiest Place on Earth! 

    Kick up your boots and don’t worry, Chick! The Disneyland Resort introduced a new all-at-the-same-time ticket purchase and reservation process that you may have used while purchasing your passage to the Disneyland Resort theme parks! Check to see if you have a Theme Park Reservation already by visiting the “My Plans” page on your account within the Disneyland App! You can also check out my friend Jerry’s insight on this new system here! He’s shared a lot of valuable information that you may find useful! 

    If you can’t locate your Theme Park Reservations and you’re still unable to get them made, you may need to get Sheriff Woody involved. Just call (714) 520-6222 and a helpful Website Support deputy will be more than happy to see what’s going on!
