It's exciting to hear you're planning a visit to the
Disneyland Resort. I can imagine you're so looking forward to all the magic that awaits you.
If you just bought theme park tickets through the
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page, then you very likely used the new and more convenient process that lets you both purchase your theme park tickets and make your theme park reservations all in the same step.
Before this new
all-in-the-same-step process was introduced around May 17, you would have had to purchase theme park tickets first and then separately make theme park reservations. The new approach makes it easier and lets you make your theme park reservations at the same time you buy your theme park tickets.
My suggestion is to take a look at your
"My Theme Park Reservations" page to see if your theme park reservations are displayed for you. You should see your reservations and their details listed for you. You should also be able to see your reservations in your
Disneyland Resort mobile app. You can also check to see that you received an email confirmation.
If, for some reason, you're not seeing your theme park reservations display for you, my next best suggestion is to
reach out to the Disneyland Resort by calling the Tickets team at (714) 781-4636, or by contacting the Website Support team at (714) 520-6222. You can also try reaching out using the "Chat with Us" feature in the Disneyland Resort mobile app.
